If you wish to arrive or depart from Lagoona Mall via a private hire vehicle, you don’t have to brave the elements outside. Simply pass by our Guest Services Desk and we will call one for you, or, if available, you can simply take a vehicle hire from the queue outside Gate 1 of Lagoona Mall.

Did you lose something while at Lagoona Mall? Our Guest Services Desk will be happy to assist you. However, if the item was left in a particular store, we recommend contacting the store directly whilst remaining at your disposal for any assistance needed.

Simply drop your car off on the basement parking of Entrance 1 and enjoy your shopping. Your car will be steam cleaned and ready for pick up when you return.
